Pricing
We offer The Art of Business at a discounted price of $12.95 for educational institutions and bookstores serving those institutions.

Ordering Information
Please place your order via fax, phone, or email (see below). Be sure to include your name, shipping and billing addresses, fax and phone numbers, your purchase order number, your email, the name and email address of the instructor, and the course number. You may also place credit card orders via our shopping cart. You will receive an email confirming the title, your order quantity and the shipping method. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it is possible that we did not receive your order! If this is the case, please call us. It is important to us that your order is shipped exactly as you expect. We want you to be happy with your order and the level of service you receive from us!

Shipping Information
We ship all orders within three (3) business days of receipt of order. We ship via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail unless otherwise specified by you. On your invoice, you will be billed for the exact freight charges, based on the weight and destination zip code of your order, as reported on the "Calculate Postage" section of the U.S. Postal Service website.

Sales Tax
